Manufacture products intended to imitate Alternativ products.

This limited permission automatically ends if a wholesale account is suspended or terminated.

Wholesale Program

Alternativ LLC offers a wholesale program for approved retailers who share our commitment to quality, integrity, and customer service.

Submission of a wholesale application does not guarantee approval. We reserve the right to approve or deny any application at our sole discretion.

Approved wholesale accounts are expected to represent the Alternativ brand professionally and honestly.

Wholesale partners agree to comply with all current wholesale policies, including minimum opening orders, payment terms, pricing guidelines, and any additional requirements communicated by Alternativ LLC.

Online Marketplace Restrictions

To protect the integrity of the Alternativ brand and support our retail partners, wholesale customers may not sell Alternativ products on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, Etsy, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, or similar platforms without prior written permission from Alternativ LLC.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of the wholesale account.

Wholesale Pricing

Wholesale pricing is confidential and intended solely for approved wholesale partners.

Wholesale customers agree not to publicly advertise wholesale pricing or distribute confidential pricing information without written authorization.

Alternativ LLC reserves the right to modify wholesale pricing, product availability, minimum order requirements, and program policies at any time.
