Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used skincare products.

Products that have been opened, tested, or used cannot be resold or restocked.

We appreciate your understanding as this policy helps protect all of our customers.

Returns of Unopened Products
Unused, unopened products may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
